Illustrated below is our brainstorming processes of coming up with ideas towards solving Operating System issues. We came to a conclusion that a potential solution would be for colleges to provide students with virtual machine programs so that students can load up a virtual operating system.

"WE BELIEVE" USER ASSUMPTIONS

From our solution, we hypothesized that having colleges provide virtual machines for students who primarily use Mac operating systems or any other operating system besides Windows will achieve less technical issues that usually occur on other operating systems besides Windows. We'll know if we're right by seeing reports from the instructor that theres less issues, and they can focus on one primary operating system (Windows).
