Our research revolves around two personas: College students and Instructors.

Our college student persona, Kristine, represents the following:
20 Years old, Junior in college who has experienced and now taking more of their technical courses relating to their major
Uses their laptop during courses to engage with required programs and follow along in lecture, primarily uses a Mac operating system
Has a basic technical expertise
Wants to be able to be engaged with their courses without running into technical issues

Target Audience: Image
Our instructor persona, Abdul, represents the following:
42 Years old, instructor at college who teaches computer science related courses for over 10 years
Within their class environments, they primarily use a Windows operating system
Decent expertise in Windows OS, but basic in Mac OS and any other OS’s.
Teaches large scale courses, which could range up to 50 students.
Wants all students to be able to easily follow along with lecture and use required programs to conduct assignments
